Here's just a little info about me
 

      I was  born and raised in the East Bay Area. Graduated from High School in 1969 and went Into the US Army that same year. After the military I became a Machinist but took a hard right turn and went to Real Estate classes to get my license. I began selling Real Estate in 1975.  I sold a home my first weekend out and decided real estate was the job for me. I had a new baby son, David then who is now 32. It was great fun meeting and helping people to find their new homes.  I developed a knack for finding just the right house and getting a great deal for my client. Plus I had the ability to keep track of all the details that make a diffrence. One of the most dissappointing things is when someone doesn't qualify for their loan. I found with the right amount of knowledge and effort almost everyone can get a loan. I decided in 1998 to become a loan officer in addition to my Real Estate career so I could make sure my clients got their loan and home. It has been my pleasure over the years working with some really wonderful people..my clients and friends.

     I am a member of the Bay East Association of Realtors and the Central Valley Metrolist MLS. This gives me access to listings in Tracy,Manteca, Patterson, Modesto, Turlock, Stockton plus Livermore, Pleasanton, Fremont, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Alameda, Contra Costa and all counties surrounding the Bay. Plus listings in Sacramento, Eldorado, Merced, Placer and Yolo county in the Central Valley.

My Office is in Tracy and my home is in Patterson. I currently work in the Tracy, Manteca, Patterson,  Central Valley area  and the Livermore Pleasanton area.

          I am married to my wonderful wife Lori and the father of three son's plus 3 stepsons, one beautiful step daughter,four grandsons and 3 granddaughter's.

      I am a Coldwell Banker agent. My office is Coldwell Banker The Vintage Group...the Number 1 office in Tracy, Ca. In addition to selling Real Estate I am a Loan officer with Assured Mortgage helping clients get great loans that fit their budget and needs for 9+ years. In past years I managed offices and trained agents but now prefer my first love. Working exclusively with my own clients and friends. Helping them realize their dreams for home ownership and investment.
